GRAEME MEAKER

I am a Perth based photographer and videographer and have been plying my trade since 2012.

Born and raised in South Africa, I later discovered my passion for photography in a quaint little island village, you may have heard of, called London. It was there that I was lucky enough to meet the most incredible young Australian woman, whom I now have the privilege of calling my own! After 7 years in The Big Smoke we made the move back across the pond to her hometown of Perth, in the spectacularly stunning state of WA. Great to be back in a country where The Sun isn't just a newspaper! 😉

My journey of transitioning from enthusiast to professional photographer began when a friend asked me to shoot some product images for his online business. Through some experimentation and trial and error I began to learn and understand the tricks of the trade and fall in love with the true intricacies of photography on a whole new level.

 

Onward from there my passion for the artform has taken me into various types of photography. Fashion, weddings, portraits, product photography, landscapes and film-making, All these elements have afforded me a diverse appreciation of all elements, from the most epic landscape to the tiniest diamond-studded details..
